As one of Queensland’s most well-known medium sized construction companies – they certainly look to attract and retain the best construction professional in the business. Known for their ability to deliver quality projects, their outstanding construction knowledge and their constant repeat business with private clients, they are looking for a Site Manager to join their team for a Sunshine Coast based role.

With the Sunshine Coast market quite competitive, they are happy to announce their successful tender with a $20 million dollar mixed use residential development. Whilst the majority of their projects are within the Brisbane area, they are looking to expand their Sunshine Coast presence and this project will be the one to kick it off.

They are currently looking for a Site Manager to join their team to run this project.

The successful Site Manager will have:

Previous and proven experience as a site Manager on $5-10m + projects (mixed used/residential projects are an advantage)
Strong knowledge of building regulations, OH and S and QA Systems
Outstanding ability to managing construction programs
Proven experience in liaising with clients to ensure the project is delivered on time and to budget
At least 5-7 years as Site Manager
Trade qualifications
Strong computer skills
