This national organisation has been in operation doing retail management for a leading household name in petrol stations throughout rural locations across Australia. This site has been in operation for at least 6 years and is in the process of undergoing a re-branding where they are combining their business with fast paced consumable goods to capitalize on future business growth.

Currently they have a requirement for a Site Supervisor for their branch in Mt Tamborine.

Within this role you will have the following accountabilities:

Building a team environment and mentoring junior staff
Monitoring the site daybook daily and reconciling sales
Ensuring stock is merchandised and ordered effectively
Maintaining high levels of customer service standards
Ensuring adherence to health, safety and food hygiene standards

To be successful in this role it is essential you have management experience in a retail environment. You should also have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The background we are interested is experience in a fast paced consumable goods environment. You should have experience mentoring juniors coupled with a sales focus in promoting brands and increasing profit as you take ownership of your site.

This is a brilliant opportunity to progress into a dual supermarket/petrol station retail management role for the right candidate. Training and inductions are provided.
