This global organisation provides design and construct rail signalling solutions within alliance and joint partnerships for large scale rail projects in suburban and regional locations throughout Queensland.

The company has a solid belief in promoting from within and is a member of the project management office. They offer project management mentoring and significant scope for growth as new alliances are formed and workshops to be set up both locally and overseas.

Their new workshop in North Brisbane is made up of a friendly team of 40 employees who work standard hours of 7:30am-3:30pm Monday to Friday. Within this role they are responsible for constructing the control boxes and switchboard signaling equipment to be located on their projects throughout Queensland. Approximately 4 times per year team selected members report to projects and are paid in addition to their salary for commissioning their projects.

You should be a trade qualified electrical fitter or electrical fitter mechanic. An Austel licence is desirable but not essential. It is essential for this role that you have prior experience in switchboard construction coupled with a desire to learn and progress your skills in signalling.
