This organisation is a leading boutique engineering consultancy in Australia. They have an enviable reputation in the market and due to steady work load, they are needing to appoint a Senior Mechanical Engineer / Team Leader for the office based in Brisbane. You will not only be responsible for carrying out creative design and technical responsibilities, but for mentoring and leading a team of mid level & more junior building services engineers.

What we are looking for:

A RPEQ qualified Engineer and Green Star accredited professional
Degree qualified in Mechanical engineering, building services OR related degree
Exposure to a variety of different building services projects throughout QLD
Strong LOCAL QLD/Brisbane experience and stable track record. Due to the staff retention rate being so good within this employer of choice, they look favourably upon candidates that have proven loyalty and dedication to previous firms they have worked for
Well presented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Not just worked independently but have experience managing and leading a small team
Strong background working within an engineering consultancy
