Our client is a well established, integrated design company and well respected for providing high profile projects and a reputation for excellence in project design. More than a design consultancy, they get involved from inception, development management and master planning, right through to project management and construction supervision.

Roles within this organisation are well sought after and our client now requires a Tekla Designer/Detailer based in Victoria. You will have the opportunity to get involved with a company that will offer you a diverse career path whilst still maintaining strong land development relationships in Victoria.

Reporting to the Structural Modelling Manager, you will need to be smart and ambitious and have experience in steel and concrete modelling and shop drawing production including:

Structural steel structures
Commercial Industrial pre-cast
Tilt Panel Constructions
Multi Storey constructions
Setting out of concrete slab and steel plans/Layouts

To be considered for this role you will have:

2+ years experience as a Tekla Designer/Detailer
Minimum Advanced Diploma of Civil/Structural Engineering
Exposure to a range of commercial, Industrial, residential and retail project experience
Competent in Microsoft office
Understanding of relevant Australian Standards, State and Local Govt policies and guidelines and the right to work in Australia
A strong command of the English language and the ability to effectively communicate with clients and peers
