Due to steady growth within the property management, leasing and operations division in Brisbane, there is an immediate requirement for a Tenancy Co-ordinator to join their highly skilled team.

The main responsibilities include:

Provide tenancy co-ordination services to the operations team for retail tenants
Contractor management and contract administration for the lessor works required for any lease deals
All communication between the property management, leasing and operations team relating to all aspects of tenancy fit-outs
Ensuring all property compliance is actively monitored and in accordance with all operational policies and procedures

What we are looking for:

A bright personality and extremely effective communicator
Someone highly skilled in the area of tenancy co-ordination
High level of presentation skills
Hold degree and have relevant industry experience
Possess a high level of technical property operations experience in either engineering / building services
Sound knowledge of building and operational property management regulations
