CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR

The role

As a contract administrator you will be a leader within the construction team taking ownership of procurement and management of all sub-contractors, as well as being a key element in driving  consultants and fostering client and JV relationships.

Duties

  • Managing project cashflow and cost reporting
  • Procurement and management of all materials, equipment and sub contractors
  • Processing RFI’s EOT’s and variations
  • Providing company leadership in PCG meetings

Ideally you will have experience in a small/medium sized commercial building contractor and have the technical ability to get into detailed scopes and provide accurate and timely cost reports as well as being a key stakeholder alongside an experienced project manager
