Facilities and Asset Manager

The role

The role will be responsible for the overall strategic asset management plan across their centres nationally as well as developing and overseeing all preventative maintenance programs. Duties will include:

Experience

Suitable candidates ill have experience in a similar role managing property assets across multiple states and in remote locations as well as experience developing and managing n asset management plan. A background in construction and experience in the retirement industry is an advantage.
