Looking for the support of a larger team to hit your program and safety targets?You will be genuinely surprised how willing this contractor is to over resource their projects to support the best outcome.Our client has a very high-performance culture which has led them to be one of Australia’s best performing construction companies.   They have a consistent revenue stream that sets them apart from most of the competition and a reputation for a fun a forward-thinking approach.Due to a busy workbook in 2022 and beyond, we have been asked to provide Finishing Foremen options for a host of new projects based in Brisbane.   Initially you will be working on a high-end residential tower in central Brisbane.   This is a newly created role and you will be joining ahead of time.   You are not being employed to fix up anyone else’s mess!Candidates MUST have proven experience working on multi-level (mid to high rise) residential towers, preferably delivering a class 1 product.  These high-end residential projects range from $30m to $150m.   You will be joining an established Site team including an exceptional Site Manager.   This team is renowned for having a great culture and excellent staff retention.   This is a team to be part of for a long time to come!  Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager you will be responsible for leading your team of sub-contractors to ensure program, safety and quality targets are hit.  You will demonstrate smarts around your short range programming and build a mutually beneficial relationship with your trades.  You will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for the finishing trades.
