This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied, fast-paced role and working within the construction industry. Reporting to the Proposal Manager, responsibilities will include, but not limited to include:Provide high-level administrative support to the Proposal / Marketing ManagerFirst point of contact for all marketing related queriesGeneral database managementAssist with marketing collateral – presentations, proposals & updating templatesManage & update social media platforms – LinkedIn, Website & FacebookLiaise with external vendors & outsourced marketing companiesOrder & maintain marketing stationeryData entry & additional general administrative duties The successful individual will ideally have previous experience in a similar role but open to strong administrator looking to get into a marketing position. Relevant Marketing qualifications are desirable but not essential. This individual will be organised, have a positive attitude, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Beneficial to have worked within the construction industry, but not essential.
