Our client is hiring key operational roles now that will be the backbone of his leadership team in the not-too-distant future. The organisational chart will have to evolve to support the growth in turnover and steadily increase the (already impressive) blended margin.
We are looking to hire a Project Manager who has the positive attitude, commercial acumen, technical skillset, drive, and initiative to kick goals in your day job and prove your worth as the next Construction Manager – All in as soon as 2-3 years.
You will be responsible for two to three jobs at any point, one of which will be nearing completion, one will be up and running and the other you will be providing support to the Estimating teams, with input into methodology and creating the tender programs. These projects can range in value from $500k - $15m in sectors including Hospitality and Education.
Projects cover the SEQ corner, so there is an expectation to travel consistently. A fuel card and E-toll will be provided. You will be responsible for leading your team of CA’s and Site Managers to meet, program, cost, quality, and safety targets as a minimum. You will be encouraged to bring new ideas and customers to the business and have a visible impact on the company’s overall growth and success.
